How to order a closing gift
1. Type the new address
The map opens on the house. Choose a style; Ink & Marker Mosaic and Watercolor are the favorites for homes.
2. Add the names
Title: the family name or "Welcome Home". Second line: the move-in date or street. Gift line: your name and brokerage.
3. Pick the frame and ship
Black, white or natural wood, with an optional mat. Enter the client's address at checkout, or yours to hand it over at closing.
